Custom and personalized orders

At this time we are unable to do custom orders. We do have quite a bit of backstock so don't hesitate to message us with your desired piece. We'd love to find you your perfect piece!

We do not resize rings. We suggest you contact a local jeweler to see if they will resize the ring for you. We are happy to reserve the item for you while you check with your jeweler!

Do you accept returns?

We only exchange items or provide store credit. Upon placing an order this is agreed to.

How do I exchange an item?

If for any reason you are not happy with the product you have received or it appears to be broken please follow the instructions below: Message us through Etsy to resolve your problem with the reason why you are unhappy. Please include a photo of the front and back of the jewelry if applicable a photo of the damaged area. After messaging us we will give instructions on how to return your order. You must message us before returning your order. We will respond within 24 hours and hope that the outcome is what you would expect! We will not refund the price of shipping or customs charges. Buyer pays return shipping.

My package hasn't been delivered and it's been 1 month

If you see your package hasn't been delivered and it is stuck somewhere in transit please message us! We will work with you to get this figured out. Unfortunately, once shipped out we are no longer responsible for the package and USPS is. We will do the best of our ability to provide an outcome that you are happy with.

What are your shipping times?

Shipping: Processing time: 3-5 business days Shipping time: within the US 2-9 business days (the average is 5). Business days: Monday-Friday. We ship packages out every Monday and Thursday before 5pm PST. Orders placed after 5pm PST will be shipped out at the next shipping date.
