The only "problem" - I have to pay $30 duty :-( Otherwise, it is perfect. It is not for the first time I am ordering bag produced in Australia, however, the previous orders were not covered with custom duties.
Cannot express just how delighted I am with my new ultimate bag. Not only are the materials, care, attention to detail and craftsmanship second to none, but Regan graciously accommodated my request for a few custom tweaks to the design. I now have a one-of-a-kind, high quality, aesthetically beautiful and ergonomic everyday bag that I am absolutely in Love with. Highly recommend this artisan.
