My Organization is NOT listed. Can I change this in the Order Notes?

Can I exchange my item for a different size?

All sales are FINAL. No exchanges or returns are allowed. Please contact us first if you have questions about the garment.

What if I put in the wrong shipping address?

We understand mistakes happen! We process orders quickly, and cannot guarantee address changes. If you contact us the same day as placing the order, we can usually change the address in time. If an item has already been processed for shipping, you are not able to change the address. We are not responsible for mislabeled addresses. You will have to contact the shipping provider to see if you can have the shipment rerouted.

Do you ship on the weekends?

Although items can be ordered every day of the week, an order must be made by Friday at 5 PM EST for it to be placed and/or shipped before the weekend. Otherwise, it will be placed the following Monday.

I need my item ASAP! What do I do?

AFTER YOUR ORDER IS PLACED, PLEASE ALLOW UP TO 2 WEEKS FOR DELIVERY. DELIVERY DATES ARE NOT GUARANTEED. Orders are not delivered on weekends. Once an order is placed, it goes into a queue at our print facility. We cannot change how fast your order ships. Delivery dates are not guaranteed, but please message us for more details. We will do our best to help!

Do you offer gift wrapping or personalized notes?

No. All items are shipped the same way, in the same packaging.
