Production and Shipping Estimates

Harajuku Club’s original designs are made with the help of our US-based production partner. All products are made-to-order after purchase to prevent over-production. Most products arrive within 1-2 weeks after an order is placed. We currently only offer standard shipping within the United States.

Color Customization: Do you like a style, but wish it were in a different color? Some apparel products are available for color customization! If you'd like to request a different color variation, please message through the Harajuku Club shop page. Include the name or link of the product and what colors you want. Colors are applied within printing compatibility. Note: Not all products are customizable. Custom orders are priced higher than the original product. Harajuku Club reserves the right to continue selling the new variation within the public shop page.

Returns and Exchanges

Return Policy: Returns are only accepted for product defect or damage upon arrival. Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery, and the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Exchange Policy: Due to high production costs, we do not offer exchanges for ordering incorrect sizing. Check the size charts provided in the product photos of listings before making purchases. Replacements can be made for orders lost in transit. Requesting a Return: • Message Harajuku Club within 14 days after delivery to request a return. • Include a description of the damage or defect and include at least one photo to confirm product damage. • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery. • Returns are accepted at Harajuku Club’s discretion.
