Where can I upload the photo that you should work on?

After placing your order, you can upload your photo(s) directly through Etsy messages.

Custom and personalized orders

We offer two types of custom options: • Pre-designed scenes where we add your face(s) to existing backgrounds. • Fully custom scenes based on your ideas, environment, colors, and poses etc..

All artwork is delivered as a high-resolution digital file, sized at 24"x32" (60x80 cm) at 300 DPI. This size is perfect for printing at various dimensions without loss of quality. If you need a different size for a specific frame or product (poster, canvas, etc.), just let us know—we’re happy to adjust it for you at no extra cost.

Can I request changes after the preview?

Yes! Revisions are allowed as long as they match what was requested at the beginning. For example, if you asked for specific outfits addition or scene elements, we can adjust them. However, new ideas or major changes not originally included may require an additional fee.

Can you create artwork for big groups?

Yes! We can illustrate large groups—families, teams, classes, or events. Just provide clear photos of each person and your scene preferences. Turnaround time for big groups (e.g., 10 people or more) is typically 4–5 business days. We also offer a price reduction for large group orders. If you have specific layout, environment, or concept ideas, please share them in advance so we can include everything from the start. We’ll then provide you with a custom payment link based on your order details.

Why is the final price higher at checkout?

Etsy adds local taxes based on your location. This is handled by Etsy and is outside of our control. We only receive the base amount listed.

Is this a physical item? When will I receive my package?

We sell digital products only, there is no physical package shipped. Here’s how it works: • You’ll receive a digital preview. • Once you approve the preview, we’ll send the final high-resolution file via Etsy or email.
