Wrong Address, Missing Package, Damaged Order, Etc.

We are not responsible for shipping issues due to the incorrect address being entered at the time of checkout. If you need to have an order re-shipped due to the wrong address, you will be charged a reshipment fee. If you choose not to have it reshipped, you will not receive a refund on your order. We are not responsible for stolen or missing packages after a delivery is marked as delivered by the carrier. Package theft is on the rise, so please make sure you use an address where your package is not likely to be stolen (ie. office, protected location, etc.). If your order is damaged during shipment, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and send pictures that show the damage, and we will arrange for a reshipment or refund.

At this time we are not able to send gift messages with any orders. Sorry for the inconvenience!

All returns are subject to a restocking fee of $8 for hoodies and sweatshirts, and $5 for all other items (except stickers - no restocking fee for stickers). Masks cannot be returned due to their nature.
