Can I return my item?

If there is an issue with your order, it does not arrive or arrives damaged I will of course refund your order. As long as you contact me within 7 days of it arriving (unless it's lost), it will be processed right away.

Can I Get A Refund If My Item Doesn't Arrive In Time?

I offer refunds/replacements are given out if your item doesn't arrive and is classed as lost. This is 10 working days after the due date for UK orders and 30 working days after the due date for International Orders.

What's The Last Date For Placing A Christmas Order?

UK: 1st Class – Friday the 16th December International: Europe – Friday 9th December Rest of the world – Monday 28th November

Yes! Simply select the personalised option and you can add a message inside your card. You can also send it direct to recipient!
