Do you offer your prints for digital download?

Our pictures are only sold as a physical item. The print and frame come as one item. We do not sell the print and frame separately.

Can your pictures be hung outdoors?

Our pictures are made for indoor use only. They will not survive outdoors.

Can you print sizes not offered in the listings?

Certain pictures might be able to be printed in a custom size. Please email us at sales@summersnowart.com to find out.

Do you ship outside the Contiguous United States?

Due to high shipping costs, we currently only offer free shipping to addresses within the contiguous U.S. If you live in Hawaii or Alaska, we may be able to ship it to you for a fee. If you would like to find out what the shipping cost would be, please send us a message with your shipping details and we will let you know what we can do for you! *Please note that we do not ship internationally.

Can you customize the wording or design of a picture?

We are not fulfilling custom orders at this time. However, we do offer some personalized pictures to choose from in our Personalized section and on our main website Summersnowart.com

My order is missing or late

Please contact the carrier first to get information about your delivery. If your order was "delivered" but cannot find it, check with neighbors, or front desk if you live in a complex. Sometimes a package is accidentally left at the wrong address or is still at the shipping facility. It is always best for the customer to contact the carrier directly. Once an order leaves our shop, the delivery is out of our hands and delivery responsibility is solely on the carrier. If undelivered after 20 days, please message us so we can further assist you. If after contacting the carrier and there is still no resolution, you can also file a claim for a missing/stolen order with your credit card if the purchase was made entirely with the credit card.

Can I purchase only the frame or print?

We only sell our pictures with the frame and print together.

Can you show me a sample of a picture I like in a frame not shown?

All of our pictures are hand made, so we may not have the particular print and/or frame color already made to show. If we happen to have the frame and print you want to see already made, we will send you some pictures of what it looks like.
