What software do I need?

Our templates are designed with Canva. Start by signing up for a free Canva account to gain access. The Canva app works on phones and tablets, and the Canva website works on desktop devices.

How do I access my download?

Once your order is complete, an email will be sent to your Etsy email address with a link to download your files. Your downloads are also accessible in the 'Purchases' section of your Etsy account. If you use 'Sign in with Apple,' you may need to log into your account via a browser to access the downloads.

Are the templates editable?

Most of our templates are editable, allowing you the flexibility to change the text, font, font color, and font size. It is important to note that images and backgrounds cannot be changed. For specific details, you can refer to the product description.

Do the templates expire?

Our templates do not have an expiration date; once they are downloaded, you have permanent access to them.

How do I download my PDF once I’m done editing?

After you finish editing your design, follow these steps to download it: Click "Share" in the top right corner and scroll down to find the download option. Choose the desired file format and then click the download button. Once the file is downloaded, open it and print it using one of the various options below. Choose the correct file type based on your needs: For home printing, choose PDF Print. For print shop services, choose PDF Print with crop marks/bleed. For digital purposes, choose PNG or JPG files. Handy tip: When printing, ensure your print settings are adjusted to 'Actual Size' rather than 'Fit to Page' to maintain the original size of the design.

Do you offer printing services?

Unfortunately, we do not offer printing services.
