When will my order ship?

Our current processing time is 3-5 business days (Monday-Friday). However, please visit individual listings as some items may ship sooner.

How long does delivery take once an order is shipped?

Once we ship, standard mail within the US is 2-5 business days and priority mail is 1-3 business days. International orders can take anywhere from 1 to 4 weeks to be delivered so please plan accordingly.

The balloons looked just like the picture. I bought the hot pink balloons and the color was great. The only issue we had was blowing up the balloons. The valve area where are you blow up the balloon was easy to rip. Due to this one of our balloons (the “G”) was unable to blown up and tape could not fix it.
