* DELUXE STRETCHED CANVAS PRINT – Ready-to-hang, with white wrap, available in two thicknesses – slim 2cm /0.8" thick wood stretcher bar, and thick - 4cm /1.6" thick wood stretcher bar.

* DELUXE METAL/ALUMINUM PRINT – Ready-to-hang, crafted from 3mm /0.12" sturdy aluminum, strong yet lightweight with two aluminum layers and a black polyethylene core. Matte and glare-free, ensuring a timeless and classic look.

PRODUCT PRINTING :

* Printing is full-bleed (edge to edge) with no border.

* Whilst we try to avoid cropping designs however with some framed products sizes there may be slight cropping to fit the specific product.

* Every monitor is different, which may result in slight variations between print colors on the finished product and the image displayed.

* We strive to showcase the final print as accurately as possible, but image mockups are automatically converted by the system to a lower-resolution, compressed version for previews. This can result in a loss of sharpness and subtle details, it can also introduce compression artifacts or slight purplish color shading in the preview image.

NOTE: For the most accurate representation of color and detail, we suggest viewing product images on multiple devices. If you need more information or would like close-up photos to help with your decision, feel free to reach out.

PACKAGING & SHIPPING:

* We offer free worldwide shipping, by partnering with a manufacturer that has printing facilities worldwide this reduces shipping times, costs, and customs fees.

* Your item is packed into a sturdy cardboard tube, or box, of the appropriate size to ensure secure delivery to you.

* Although it may change during busy times of the year, or the type of product ordered, our turnaround time is normally 1-3 business days.

* All orders from the USA are printed and shipped in the USA. All orders from outside the USA, including Canada, Europe, UK, and other locations are printed and shipped by print partners based in the respective location.

* Order tracking. We will send you a shipping confirmation with tracking and other information as soon as your item ships.

Please ensure you double check the mailing address (unfortunately we do not ship to PO Boxes). If you’ve entered the wrong address, please message us as soon as possible. We can often correct it if notified in time.

WARRANTIES AND RETURNS:

* If in the unlikely event your order arrives damaged or there's an issue with the printing, please contact us as soon as possible with photos of the issue, including the packaging and any damage to the print. We’ll gladly send a replacement of your items.

* Returns and Exchanges. Because each item is printed to order, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for incorrect items or sizes ordered. Please double-check your order before placing it. If you receive an item or size that does not match your order, please contact us, and we will gladly replace it if the mistake was on our end.

* Lost Items. We use order tracking to ensure your item arrives at its intended destination. During all our time in the business we’ve never had an item go missing and would never leave a customer without a resolution.
