1. Purchase your template. You can access your template by clicking on your Etsy profile, then click on purchases and reviews. Next to your purchase will be a download button click this to download your PDF. THE DOWNLOAD BUTTON WILL ONLY SHOW UP ON ETSY WEB BROWSER AS THE ETSY APP CURRENTLY DOES NOT SUPPORT THIS.
2. Visit www.canva.com or download the App and create a FREE account.

3. Open your PDF file with the template link and instructions. When opening the link your template will open on Canva.


4. Edit your template.
5. For the digital newspaper proposal download the customised file as a JPG or PNG file and sent it via WhatsApp, messages or email. For the print invitation - download the PDF file according to instructions and print at home or at your local printing shop, Canva offers printing services as well.

NOTE: I recommend to use professional printing services to get the best results.

• The link to the templates on the PDF receipt will expire within 60 days from the time of purchase, but once they have been downloaded into your Canva account they have no expiry date as they will now be saved under your account.


• No PRO elements have been used in these templates meaning these can be used with or without a paid subscription to Canva.
