Are your delivery times guaranteed?

The delivery dates shown at checkout are automated estimates from Etsy and are not guarantees. Carrier speeds vary and are outside of my control. If you have a firm deadline (such as a birthday), please contact me before ordering and I will provide you with a quote for a Royal Mail Special Delivery upgrade. Per Etsy’s official policy, an order is only eligible for a late delivery refund if it arrives 7 or more days after the delivery estimate. If your order hasn't arrived by then, please get in touch with me and I will help you open a case so that Etsy can issue you a full refund from their own funds. This ensures you are refunded in full without me losing my original earnings.

What is your return policy?

You have 14 days from delivery to notify me of a return. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. Items must be in original, unused condition. Refunds are only issued once the item is physically received back. For UK/EU customers: I will refund the item price and standard outward shipping (premium upgrades are non-refundable). For international customers: Original shipping and prepaid DDP/import duties are strictly non-refundable.

What happens if I gave you the wrong address?

Please double-check your delivery address before completing your purchase. I am required to ship to the address provided on the Etsy order. If an item is returned to me due to an incorrect or incomplete address, I can either re-ship the item (at the buyer's expense) or issue a refund for the item price only. Original shipping costs and any prepaid DDP duties are non-refundable in this instance.
