How To Use Your Star Charts:

1. Set your intentions.
Fill in your name, age*, start date, and weekly workout goal. Write down your ‘why’—a personal reminder of your motivation. Plan a celebration for when you finish week 6.
*It wouldn’t be a Star Chart without an age section, sorry.

2. Track your progress.
Give yourself a gold star for each workout completed, and reward yourself with a silver star for your rest days. Customise silver days with a non-exercise goal. Tick off each week as you complete it.
Once you’ve completed all 6 weeks, action your celebration plan, give yourself the silly little celebration sticker and move onto your next chart!
