Please write to us with what sticker size you want. 3. Tell us what material should we use, glossy ore mate 4. Write to us how many stickers you want to get? NB! We do not accept returns for personalized and custom-made items, including but not limited to stickers, decals, posters, and canvas prints. These products are made to order and are crafted according to your specific requirements and preferences. As such, they cannot be restocked or resold.

We are manufactures, so we can make any sticker size you want or any product design you need. Just tell us what size you are looking for, and we will help you to make it. The price offer will be made according to your desired size.

In each order we include instruction how to use our products and how to take care of it. If you did not receive it, please write us a message and we will send you *.pdf file.

Will the wall decal stick to every painted wall? Part 1

Our wall decals adhere well to most smooth, clean and fully cured painted surfaces. However, certain washable, scrubbable, stain-resistant, dirt-repellent, satin-finish and other specialty paints or coatings may contain additives or have surface properties that significantly reduce adhesive bonding. In some cases, adhesive vinyl may not adhere properly to these surfaces. Because we cannot inspect or control the customer's paint, coating, wall preparation or surface condition, we cannot guarantee compatibility with every wall finish. Please check your wall before ordering and especially before installation. If you are unsure about your paint or wall finish, contact us before applying the decal.

Gift wrapping and packaging

If you want us to make a gift wrapping, then write us a message. This is an additional service that we provide. It will cost you an extra +5 dollars. If you want to print text, to include in your purchase, also send us this file.

I. Returnable Items: Our Shop Design Items: Returns for our design items are accepted within 90 days from the date of purchase. Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging. Once received and inspected, a full refund will be processed. II. Non-Returnable Items: Personalized and Custom-Made Products: We do not accept returns for personalized and custom-made items, including but not limited to stickers, decals, posters, and canvas prints. These products are made to order and are crafted according to your specific requirements and preferences. As such, they cannot be restocked or resold.

Will wall stickers work on painted or wallpapered surfaces?

Our wall stickers are designed to work on a variety of surfaces, including painted walls and wallpaper. However, it's important to ensure that the surface is clean, dry, and free of any dust, debris, or grease before applying the sticker. If the surface has recently been painted, we recommend waiting at least two weeks before applying the sticker to allow the paint to fully cure. For wallpapered surfaces, make sure the wallpaper securely adheres to the wall and free of any bubbles or peeling edges. In some cases, the adhesive on our wall stickers may cause damage or peel to delicate wallpaper or paint, so we recommend testing a small area first before applying the sticker to the entire surface. Adhesion failure caused by an incompatible paint, coating or installation surface is not considered a defect in the supplied decal. Unused products may be returned according to our return policy and applicable law. A decal that has been removed from its backing, applied, cut, torn, creased, contaminated or otherwise materially used may have substantially reduced or no resale value. Where permitted by applicable law, refunds are not provided for used decals when the adhesion issue results from an incompatible wall surface rather than a defect in the supplied product. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Can I remove a wall sticker without damaging my walls?

Our wall stickers are designed to be easily removable without damaging your walls. When you're ready to remove the sticker, simply peel it off slowly from one corner. If you encounter any resistance or difficulty, use a hair dryer on low heat to warm up the adhesive, and the sticker should come off more easily. However, please note that once a sticker has been removed, it may not be repositioned or reused.

How long do wall stickers last?

Our wall stickers are made with high-quality vinyl materials that are designed to be durable and long-lasting. The lifespan of the sticker will depend on various factors such as the environment it's placed in, exposure to sunlight, and how often it's touched or cleaned. With proper care and maintenance, our wall stickers can last for many years.
