Technically no, but if there is a problem please do contact me via messages! And send photos of the item and box immediately upon opening and I will do my best to work with you!

Heatpacks?? Are they worth it?

If your weather is under 50 degrees in the daytime, please buy 1 heat pack for your box! These can make all the difference in protecting your plant babies in the cooler weather (plus, don't let your package sit out in the cold! Get it inside asap during these colder months)

Will you refund shipping overages?

If you order multiple items, I will package the items together and refund shipping overages once I get a final weight!
