Leigh Louise Creative can not take responsibility for any items that do not arrive on time for your event if a specific delivery date has not been communicated with us. Please send us a message letting us know these are required for a specific date and we can see if this is something we can accommodate. Every item we make is individual, and no two items are the same which is what we pride ourselves on as a company. All foiled items are made to a very high standard, due to the nature of foil all items are unique and no one is identical. We describe the item as best we can so please take this into consideration when ordered. Colours and textures may look different on your screen.

Is there a tracking number for my order?

We are a UK based company and ship to many different countries over the world. UK shipping UK orders are sent with a tracking number, this number is for confirmation of delivery only and does not include tracking for each step of the parcels journey. International Shipping Please note international orders are sent with standard international delivery, this ensures we are able to provide our overseas customers with amazing products without paying higher shipping fees. However if you would like a tracking number for your order this is an optional upgrade when purchasing, this is an additional cost from the shipping courier and is why we don't offer this option as our only shipping method.
