IMPORTANT: If you pay using Paypal your shipping address will get changed automatically by Etsy. They will use your Paypal address as the ship to address. PLEASE CHECK your address before finalizing your order. If there is a mistake and your package is returned to me I will not be responsible for the shipping fees to send it to the proper address. SHIPPING DURING COVID-19 PANDEMIC

STANDARD SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA: During COVID 19 pandemic and Stage 4 Restriction in Victoria (Australia), Australia Post has been experiencing an unprecedented demand for deliveries, thus they have advised your order may be impacted with possible delays up to 5– 10 business days (exclude weekend) on top of the expected delivery time. TRACKED SHIPPING - The couriers are no longer regularly scanning packages. Packages may not be scanned until delivery, or possibly not at all. Items shipped with tracking will not be considered "LOST" unless they show no movement for more than 20 business days (40 days for international).

When I receive my order?

Printed artwork typically take 7-10 days to process before they are shipped. Delivery of your item could take several days and this is all governed by the courier company. I do offer a priority shipping upgrade on most of my products. By selecting and purchasing priority shipping, your order bypasses our eCommerce center and is sent directly to the courier for delivery within 4-7 days. Priority shipping will not be available during the Christmas season.

Return and exchange policy

Please contact me within: 3 days of delivery. Before returning an item, please check to see whether it meets the following conditions. Return must be made within 30 days of purchase (for purchases in November and December, you can refund until 31 January of the following year). Once we receive your parcel, your refund will be automatically issued - Items must be unworn or in their original condition. - You must provide proof of purchase - The item is not subject to the exclusions listed in our list above. Please note: The original shipping fee and insurance are non-refundable. Buyers are responsible for purchasing the return shipping label.
