We highly recommend focusing not only on your usual size (like EU 40.5 or US 9) but on the actual length of your foot in centimeters or inches. This gives the most accurate sizing, as size charts can vary between brands and styles. 👉 In every product listing, we provide a visual size chart showing the exact foot length for each size in both centimeters and inches — it’s included as a graphic in the photo carousel and also written clearly in the description.

What defects are not considered defects in footwear?

Traces of glue at the gluing points, untreated side edges of the tongue and inner part, minor defects that are not visible when worn, and a gap at the welt joint are not considered defects.

What is considered a defect in a shoe?

Defects include through damage, cracking, peeling material, deformation of seams, poor sole taping, improper heel installation, cuts in the leather, or insufficiently taped lining.

How do I take care of my shoes before and during use?
