How do i download my files?

The link to the download page will be in your receipt email. This email is automated by Etsy. Sometimes, there's a delay in receiving it. If you haven't received it in over 30 minutes, send me a message. If you have an Etsy account, you can also access your download by logging into your account. Go to Your Account > Purchases and reviews (https://www.etsy.com/your/purchases) and look for the order. To the right of the order, click Download Files. This goes to the Downloads page for all the files attached to your order. Downloading on the app is not supported at this time. You must download from a computer or mobile browser. Your files will always be available for you to download, as often as you like.

Custom and personalised orders

Mobile phones can be glitchy sometimes when opening zip files. I suggest using a computer to unzip the files and then send the unzipped files to your phone.

Due to the non-returnable nature of digital items, once the files have been downloaded, there are no refunds/exchanges. However, if there are any problems with your files, please do not hesitate to contact me.
