Packaging
The posters are placed within frames upon arrival. The frames come pre-packed with corners and wrap and then packed in a box with strong edges to protect the frames. I-beams are used in addition, to give the package additional sturdiness and for multi-item orders (max 3 frames in one package).

🌿 For physical prints, do you offer refunds under any circumstances?
There are no refunds since every item is made to order. In the rare event that an artwork arrives defective or damaged please take photos and get in touch with us within 48 hours of the package arriving so we can assist you.

🌿 For physical prints, what if my package is delayed/lost in transit or stolen?
Please get in touch with us if you haven’t received your package within 10 business days of placing the order. Although FernPrintsArt is not liable for packages that are delayed in transit, lost by the shipping carrier, or stolen-- all circumstances which are beyond our control-- we will always work with you to find a solution.

🌿 For physical prints, what if my item is returned to the sender/seller after it's shipped?
For orders that are returned to the sender, please place a new order. You will be liable for the costs of the new order. Orders may be returned to the sender and disposed of safely for the following reasons:
• Wrong address: If you provide an address considered insufficient by the courier.
• Rejected by the recipient: If you reject the shipment during the delivery.
• Unclaimed: If you are not able to receive their order at the address, the shipments may be available for pick up at their local post office or carrier pick-up point. Shipments that go unclaimed may be returned to the sender.

🌿 For physical prints, do you offer rush production?
Currently, all orders are processed in our standard 3-10 business days.

🌿 For physical prints - My order did not arrive on time. Can I return it?
Sometimes there are delays in transit times and these will increase in the holiday season. We cannot guarantee that a shipment will arrive by a specific date, even if the tracking provides an estimated delivery date. We also cannot refund or cancel orders if they did not arrive on time. If your order did not arrive on time, please contact us.

🌿 For digital download prints, how do I download the files I purchased?
You will receive an Etsy message with a direct download link for your files within 24 hours of placing your order.

🌿 For digital download prints, where do I print my digital download?
You can print your files at home, but we recommend using a professional printing service. Upload or take your files to one of the following printing services: Walmart, Office Depot, CVS, Walgreens or Fedex (only poster size). They will walk you through the very simple process. You can also use an integrated printing, framing, and delivery service such as pictorem.com, fineworks.com, posterjack.com or mpix.com. They’ll print, frame, and deliver your piece. We recommend using heavy weight (> 110 lbs/ 200 gr), textured, off-white, matte paper, or cardstock to print your artwork.

🌿 For digital download prints, do you do custom sizes?
Of course, just send us a message through the Etsy platform and we'll be delighted to help you out!

🌿 For digital download prints - do you accept returns or cancellations?
Due to the nature of the digital download file, no refund or cancellation can be offered. If there's any problem with the image, please contact us for further assistance.

🌿 Will a physical item be shipped to me?
If you purchase our unframed or framed printed wall art, you will receive a physical print. If you purchase our digital download wall art, no physical item will be shipped.

🌿 If a sale starts after I place my order will you refund the difference?
The price paid is the price of the item at the time of your order. For example, if the item is in a 10% off sale a week after you order we do not go back and refund all previous customers that 10% off amount.

🌿 What are the care instructions?
For your wall art to last as long as possible, keep it away from direct sunlight, dust regularly, and avoid humidity. When handling the artwork, hold the edges and avoid touching the surface. If you purchase printable wall art, consider framing your art to protect it from dust, dirt, and physical damage.

A detailed size chart is available in all listings. It is the buyer's responsibility to select the correct size.

🌿 Can I print or reproduce the artworks and resell them? Is there a Copyright on these items?
