1. Care instructions: To keep your product in good condition, we recommend gentle care only. Clean the item carefully using a soft cotton cloth or a soft brush, depending on the product. The item must not be washed, bleached, ironed, dry cleaned, or tumble dried. Proper and delicate care will help preserve its appearance and quality for a long time.

2. Shipping: All the items are made to order, only for you. It usually takes 1-14 days to make any item. After the items are ready we ship it from our local post office. It takes 7-28 business days for a package to be delivered to the US and 7-28 business days to be delivered everywhere else around the world.

Please note that the time of international delivery and tracking information depends on the country. Although the estimated delivery time for all countries is 7-40 days, sometimes there may be delays, so we can’t guarantee you the delivery terms. Thank you for understanding!

3. Return policy: If the product is defected/was damaged while being delivered/you received something that you didn’t order, please contact us and provide us with a photographic or video evidence and we will sort the issue out by sending you another item or make a refund. The product has to be in its original condition - unused and unwashed. We won’t be able to make a refund if the product is not in its original condition. We will make a refund only after the product is returned to us. Shipping cost of returning the product is paid by the buyer.

4. Shipping and import tax:
For orders over €150 shipped to the European Union, you will be required to pay import tax upon receiving the parcel. Please check your country’s customs office for details regarding tax rates and payment conditions. Please note that these taxes do not apply to the shipping cost, which we cover at the time of dispatch.
