All orders within the UK are sent by Royal Mail Tracked 48 as standard. There are a number of postage upgrades on the final checkout screen depending on how fast you need your order.

This print can be personalised with the first name of the recipient, a personal message and up to 15 personalised life events. Simply select how many changes you wish to make, and follow the instructions in the personalisation box/listing images.

For custom orders we will email a preview within 24 hours of your order being placed. You can then either request any changes or approve the design.

Please can you ensure that you have either your Etsy notifications turned on or add our email address (pictureperfectframes@btinternet.com) to your approved sender email list to insure you receive it.
