Leather is a natural material and all marks , deep lines l and textural variations are completely normal.

If your bag gets wet, wipe with a clean dry cloth and allow to dry naturally away from direct heat and sunlight .

We recommend using a leather balsam or leather conditioner which will keep your leather supple with a beautiful shine .

Please advise a local leather store for care products .

Excellent! I was hesitant to buy from such a distance, but I am pleased. Thank you. The shoulder strap is padded, the purse base is reinforced, and the hardware is topnotch! I have no complaints about the design or execution. The bag is light in weight, and the pockets are beautifully reinforced with leather. What would I do to improve upon this? The same things customers always ask for but businesses have to select for: more colors (I’d love teal or rust), more pockets (never enough pockets - the three on the interior are awesome, but one exterior slip and maybe a pocket or two under the interior zipper … too much stuff), and I might have preferred a slightly heavier reinforcement with the crossbody strap “edge finish” but … the lighter weight leather may not need the heavy reinforcement I’m used to! 👍👍👍👍
