Personalization Guidelines:

product images.
● We are not responsible for any customizations unless requested and approved
prior to placing your order.
Design Details:
● All designs are created using the Direct to Film (DTF) printing process, which
transfers prints onto fabric or other substrates using a heat press.
How to Order:
1. Review all information provided before placing your order.
2. Select the shirt type and size from the dropdown menu.
3. Choose your preferred shirt color from the dropdown menu.
4. If necessary, specify the design details in the personalization box as instructed.
5. To order multiple items, add each to your cart and repeat the above steps.
6. Once all items are in your cart, proceed to checkout by entering your payment
method, shipping address, and shipping preference. Click submit to complete
your order.
Product Information:
T-Shirts:
All Colors: 52% cotton / 48% polyester (average), it can be 50/50 or 60/40 also.
**If you only wear 100% cotton t-shirt please contact us before placing an order
to check availability.
Unisex Size: Regular fit (shirts do not come with rolled sleeves)
● Weight: 4 oz (US)
Sweatshirts:
● Material: 50% U.S. cotton / 50% polyester
● Heathers: 40% U.S. cotton / 60% polyester
● Weight: 8.0 oz/yd² preshrunk
Care Instructions:
● Wash inside out in cold water.
● Do not bleach or dry clean.
● Do not iron directly on the design.
Returns and Exchanges:
● All items are made-to-order. We do not accept returns or exchanges
Production and Shipping:
● We strive to ship all items as quickly as possible. Current processing time is 3
business days.
● We work with multiple shirt brands. Please note that the display picture may not
represent the brand used for your order.
● Colors may vary slightly due to lighting in product photos.
● Orders cannot be refunded or exchanged once made, so please ensure all
details, sizes, and colors are correct before placing your order.
● If you wish to modify an existing design, please contact us through the message
box before ordering to confirm if changes are possible. Orders placed without
prior approval for modifications will be shipped as is.
● If you enter an incorrect shipping address, contact us within 24 hours. We may
be able to assist if the item has not yet been processed for shipping.
● Messages are answered during business hours (9 am to 6 pm CST, Monday to
Friday).
Upgrades:
● Backside Design Fee: For additional designs on the back of the shirt, purchase
this upgrade (one fee per shirt).
● 4XL-5XL Upgrade: We offer a separate listing for 4XL and 5XL shirts. Please
select the shirt color and type, or copy the design title into the personalization
box. We do not offer every color for these sizes.
● Shipping Fee: For updated shipping or returned packages, a new shipping label
must be purchased.
● Custom Fee: For custom designs or changes to available designs, please
contact us first. After approval, add the custom fee to your order.
Holiday Orders:
● Carrier delays may occur during holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, Halloween).
Order early to ensure timely delivery.
● We use USPS or UPS for shipping.
● Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days after production (delivery times may
vary). For faster delivery, choose expedited shipping at checkout.
● We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or delayed packages once they leave
our shop. Please contact your local post office or Etsy customer service for
assistance.
International Orders:
● You are responsible for any customs charges, taxes, or delays. These fees are
not included in the shipping cost.
● Tracking will be provided by your local carrier once the package leaves the US.
