If you’re unable to take your measurements, we can work with your standard size and adjust everything to fit you beautifully. To proceed with custom measurements, choose the closest size to yours from the drop-down list and enter your measurements (height, bust, waist, and hips) in the personalization box.

CANCELLATION AND RETURNS

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it and receive a full refund. Returns are accepted. According to our return policy, buyers are responsible for return shipping costs, and items must be shipped back within 7 days of delivery. All items must be returned in their original condition, including the branded box and all labels attached. If an item is returned in a different condition, the buyer will be responsible for any resulting loss in value.

Import taxes for the United States are included, so you won’t need to pay anything extra upon delivery. For EU countries, VAT is included for all orders with a value of less than €150. Customs duties and import taxes vary by country, so if you’re unsure, please contact us.
