How Long does it take to complete a Custom Painting

My average time to complete a painting from order is about 4 weeks. But that time is subjective go changing due to high volumes. Please expect a longer wait during holidays and peak seasons. You can contact me anytime to find out accurate time range. I will also update the time range in my Shop Update as much as possible.

What if I don't like my painting?

I will create my best to create a product that you love. I send a picture of the product before I ship it to ensure you love it. If your not satisfied I can definitely take direction and change it to your liking. However if it comes to a point where I can't make it the way you had in your head then I will give you a refund minus my materials that I used.

I package my paintings very carefully, however if it ends up getting damages, please contact me as soon as possible. Send me a picture so I can asses the damage. I might be able to give you directions on how to repair it. If it's unrepairable then I will replace your painting with a new one in a time length that is reasonable to me and my other orders. “Nikki did a fantastic job of not just painting a lab in rainbow shadow color but MY lab who passed away. You can tell that the care was taken to truly capture my boy. It's a great painting, and now I want one for all of my pets even if they are still here. Great customer service, I like how she sent an image to show you and to make any changes if needed.”
