All pieces are sent in a jewellery pouch ready for gifting.

I generally don't accept returns or exchanges on earrings due to hygiene. If you have a problem or issue with an item received, please contact me and we can work something out. Any return at the buyer's expense.

International Shipping

International postage is always tracked. Please note that international shipping usually takes 2 - 3 weeks. Express upgrade available on request.

Why does International shipping take so long?

I live remote, so for your item to get to the international departure sorting facility, it takes an extra 7-10 working days. Other things outside of my control are delays due to availability of flights. Unfortunately there is nothing I can do to speed up the process, but I thank you for your patience and understanding.

Orders can be cancelled up until they are marked as dispatched (when I have posted them), typically within 24 hours, sometimes up to 72 hours if you ordered over the weekend or on a late Friday. If you need to cancel, please reach out as soon as possible.

Jewellery Fading & Tarnising

Most pieces are made from brass or copper and plated with 14k or 18k gold. Unlike solid gold, they will tarnish over time, but with proper care, you can extend their longevity. Each order includes a jewellery care card with tips to help maintain your pieces.

To keep your jewellery looking its best, avoid contact with water, sweat, perfumes, lotions, and other chemicals. Store your pieces in an airtight bag or box when not in use.

We pay the tariffs for US customers, so there is no extra surprise costs.
