How do I contact Stitchtopia?

You can contact us by clicking "Contact" through your order or any of our Etsy listings. We also have a "Contact Us" form on Stitchtopia.com. Our direct email is stitchtopia@gmail.com.

Do you offer Custom or Personalized Embroidery Designs?

We are happy to consider custom designs if they can be sold to any customer. We do not merge letters or create custom names as free software is available for that purpose. If you need more information on free software options, please contact us.

Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

Due to the digital nature of our items, we do not offer refunds or exchanges unless you accidentally purchase the same item twice. In that case, we are happy to refund or replace a duplicate purchase.

What if I am having issues with a design?
