I got a hold of a ton of neat scraps related to seat belts for cars and airplanes - the innards, straps, buckles, belts and more - and started playing around with them. I was working on sculptures and other ideas, when it occurred to me that it would be fun and simple to make an actual belt out of some of them. And they looked great!

I wanted to be consistently themed with everything coming from airplanes and cars, so I even got a super high gauge nylon thread that is designed for legal use in vehicles and planes. Why not make the whole thing authentic, right?

How to pick the right size?
Measure around your waist where you would like to wear the belt. Pick your size above. We recommend you pick a size that gives you the measured length plus about 4" (just in case). For example: if the measurement is 31", you should be ok with the Medium size. If the measurement is 50", we recommend ordering the XX-Large size.
