Shipping + Processing

Typical processing time is 2-4 days, with the possibility of delays during holidays, weather events, and at times order volumes are unusually high. Shipping Time: Standard shipping generally takes 1-5 business days. I strive to have orders delivered in the US within 5-7 business days. Once orders are transferred to USPS or DHL, the shop cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery. Stay connected, if you are having issues, I will try my best to help!

**PLEASE double-check your address at checkout. I am guilty of this myself! When everything is automated and pre-fills for you, it happens. It is the buyer's responsibility to provide the correct address. **Please be aware that I am unable to process returns or exchanges for orders with incorrect addresses provided, as this directly impacts my business operations.

**Review all color and size charts on the listing before placing your order. Especially with ordering multiple items, as errors can occur more easily. The sizing chart is available in each of the listing photos for your reference. Apparel Care Instructions

As per the printing manufacturer: Machine wash on cold (max 30C or 90F); non-chlorine: bleach as needed; Tumble dry: low heat and do not dry-clean. I recommend for extended wear: Wash inside out in cold water on a gentle cycle. Tumble dry low or air dry. Do not use fabric softeners or bleach. Avoid ironing directly on the design. If there is excessive peeling or fading, please reach out to me as this is likely a printing issue!

The printing method is DTG (Direct to Garment) printing with high-quality ink, providing a smooth and durable print. This method is similar to digital printing on paper but is specifically used for clothing. It involves applying pigmented water-based inks onto the garment's surface, where they are absorbed by the fibers of the product.
