Our shipping partners don't currently give us the ability to include personal notes in the container. We can add who the gift is from on the shipping label. Please let us know if that is needed. Also, we do not offer gift wrapping at this time.

What if I give the wrong address?

Please double-check your address! If it is wrong, message us ASAP to correct it. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or returned due to an incorrect address. Usually, I can change addresses without an issue if you notify me before the item ships. However, I can't do anything about it after it ships. I do not always get returned or undeliverable items. You will be responsible for the cost associated with reshipping the item which sometimes means the cost to remake the item as well.

Custom and personalized orders

Please include any notes on personalization in the additional notes section at checkout. It's important to notify us immediately for customization. Orders go into queue quickly. Unfortunately I cannot add or edit customization after it's already gone into production.

Do you accept returns, exchanges or alterations after delivery?

Due to the custom nature of the item we do not accept returns, exchanges or requests for alterations after delivery. We ask that you communicate any specific requests through our message conversation during the order process. We only know about a preference or request if you specify it in your message. We will always do our best to accommodate your requests!

What if my package is late?

WE CAN NOT GUARANTEE ARRIVAL DATES. We work hard to get your package out the door asap but have no control over how quickly it is delivered. All delivery timelines listed at checkout are estimates based on normal delivery timelines. If there are shipping delays, please ask for a free "Your gift is on the way!" photo card. We will make one with a picture of your item that you can email or print to share with the recipient while your item is in transit.

What if my item arrives damaged or is incorrect?

Please let us know if there is a problem with your item. We will refund or replace it. Please send a photo showing the issue so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Do you send photos before you ship items?

Due to the high volume of orders we create daily, we do not automatically send photos or create mock-ups before production. Please request a mockup if it's essential to see a proof before it's made.
