What type of paper should I choose?

A heavyweight matte paper or card stock is the way to go. But for a more authentic, vintage look, premium archival fine art paper with a soft watercolor or linen texture will really bring it to life.

I cant find my download notification email/ receipt

Where can I find my digital purchases in my account?

To access your digital files from your account: Sign in to your account on a web browser (not the app) and go to "Your account". Go to "Purchases and reviews". Next to the order, select Download Files. ➡ If you don't see a download button, click the tiny grey arrow to the right of the order. This brings you to the Downloads page. If payment is still processing, the Download Files button will be grey. Please save the files to your device immediately after purchase. In 6 months it will be deleted from the cloud to make room for new designs.

What File Format will my digital print be delivered in?

Files will be delivered in high-quality JPEG format at 300 DPI. If you require a different file type, please let us know in the notes section at checkout.

How can I download my files?

After your purchase, Etsy will send you an email with a link to access your files. You can also find them directly by going to Etsy Profile > Purchases and Reviews. If you checked out as a guest, Etsy will send an automated email with your download link. Keep in mind that downloads aren't available in the Etsy app—you’ll need to use a mobile browser or computer to retrieve your files. What if my item arrive late? Can I get a refund?

Because most of our items are custom-made, estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed. Once an order has shipped, we are not able to offer refunds for shipping delays that are outside of our control. Please be sure to allow enough time for production, shipping, and any unforeseen carrier delays.
