I’m happy to consider custom sizes, fabric combinations, or other modifications depending on the item and materials available. The best way to inquire is by using Etsy’s "Request Custom Order" button or sending me a message with the details of what you're looking for.

Can I return or exchange my item?

Because each item is handmade and made to order specifically for you, I cannot accept returns or exchanges. As a small business, it simply isn’t sustainable for me to offer returns or exchanges on made-to-order items. Please review all listing details, measurements, and options carefully before placing your order, and feel free to reach out with any questions.

How long will it take to receive my order?

My current processing time is typically 2–5 business days. Once your order has shipped, delivery times are determined by USPS and are outside of my control. While I do my best to get orders out quickly, I cannot guarantee transit times or delivery dates. If you need your order sooner, you can upgrade to Priority shipping at checkout for faster delivery.

Will sold out prints be restocked?

Prints marked "Sold Out" are fabrics that are no longer available from my supplier, so I'm unable to make additional items in those prints. Because the fabric can no longer be sourced, these designs are typically retired permanently. I regularly add new fabrics and prints, so be sure to check back for new options!

Quality is great. It’s not pillowy thick, nor is it paper thin. I also like the zipper that was used. It is not a cheap, easily breakable one. Will be ordering another one for my IPad. For reference, I have the MacBook Air 15” and ordered the size 14” laptop. Fits PERFECTLY!
