IMPORTANT ORDERING INFORMATION
The Etsy Quantity must match the number of Scrabble letters you are ordering.
For example:
• 1 letter = Quantity 1
• 5 letters = Quantity 5
• 10 letters = Quantity 10
In the personalization box, tell me the letters and quantities you need. For example: 3 L, 2 P, 1 A.
Please make sure the Etsy Quantity matches your total number of letters. If you enter 10 letters in the personalization box but select Quantity 1, your order will only be charged for 1 letter.

Tracy Sep 21, 2026

While these are cute, I would not consider them to be a high quality wood. They don’t look exactly like the picture, to me the letters look black in the picture but are more of a wood burned light brown. Also they are very very thin maybe 1/4 or 3/16, the description didn’t include the thickness. Great communication and quick delivery.

Response from Keepsakes Company

Thank you, Tracy, for taking the time to share your feedback. I’m glad you enjoyed the tiles and were happy with the communication and quick delivery. I appreciate your comments regarding the wood thickness and the appearance of the engraving. These tiles are individually laser engraved on natural wood, so the engraving has a natural wood-burned appearance rather than a printed black finish. Thank you again for your feedback. It helps me improve the listing and make sure expectations are clear.
