All orders are shipped to the address provided on your Etsy order. Please ensure that your shipping information is correct before completing checkout, as we are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or insufficient address, a refund will be issued minus the original shipping cost, with a minimum deduction of $8.95 (or more depending on the actual shipping cost of the item). It is the buyer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping details at the time of purchase.

Once an item has been shipped out, we are not responsible and have no control over delays in shipping or due to customs (for international orders). INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY IMPORT TAXES THEIR COUNTRY CHARGES. We are not aware of what these charges are/will be. Refunds for any returns due to refusal to pay customs charges will be processed only when item is received by us. Return shipping fee will be deducted. We are not able to refund for lost shipments prior to making a claim with the shipping carrier and verifying shipment has been lost. For international shipments, there is a 40-day waiting period for us to submit a claim so a refund or replacement cannot be issued by us prior to that time period.

Fine jewelry is delicate and should be handled with care. We strive for quality and craftsmanship but we will not be held responsible for repair costs. To extend longevity of your jewelry, we recommend taking it off before showering, applying lotion, perfume, exercising, washing dishes, swimming, etc.

This fee covers non-recoverable costs such as order processing, packaging, and shipping label creation. If your order has not arrived, please contact us within the time frames below so we can assist you promptly. Domestic orders: Claims must be made within 30 days of the shipment date. International orders: Claims must be made within 90 days of the shipment date, as international deliveries may be delayed due to customs or local postal services.
