Can I see a proof before I order?

Unfortunately, no. We don't start work on any order until we have received payment.

I need my order quickly! What are the rush charges?

Rush order charges are determined on a case-by-case basis, based on volume and estimated upgraded shipping costs. If you're in need of a rush order, please message us with the inquiry and deadline so that we may put together a custom order for you.

Can I return or exchange my order?

We only allow returns or exchanges for items that are not custom or personalized. Items eligible for return or an exchange must be returned within 7 days of receipt, and be in the original packaging and condition. Buyer will be responsible for return postage. If you purchased an item that was custom or personalized you will only be allowed to cancel the order before it goes into production.

What happens if my order is damaged in transit?

If your order is damaged in transit, please send us a message and photo of the item(s) within 48 hours of your item being marked as 'delivered' by the post office. We will work with you to either provide a refund or a replacement of the item(s). We may ask that you keep the packaging for postal insurance purposes. In the case that you cannot provide a photo of the item(s) and the packaging, we will not be able to provide you with a refund or replacement. Any claims regarding damaged items after 48 hours will not be considered for a refund or replacement. Please note that, in the case that you immediately write a negative review about your shipping experience instead of contacting us, we won't provide any refunds or replacements.

I put the wrong address in for my delivery, can you change it for me?

The only way to ensure 100% that your order is processed correctly is to request a cancellation of the order and re-place your order properly. I will do my best to remember to change / update an address that you incorrectly added to the order, but I am ultimately not responsible for your mistake.

My package says it was returned to sender and had an invalid address. What can we do about that?

If the address provided is not deemed valid by USPS and is returned to me, I can ship the package back out to you. However, you will need to pay additional shipping to have the package re-sent to the correct address.

I ordered the wrong quantity of place cards, can I add names to my order?

In order to add new names to your place card order you will need to place a new order for the missing names and pay the additional shipping fee. We don't give refunds for additional shipping fees for mistakes made by the buyer. Otherwise, you can request that we cancel the order and you can re-place it with the correct amount in an effort to reduce the shipping fees you're paying.

Help, my package was delayed in transit!

It's never fun when the postal service delays packages. Unfortunately, we do not work for the post office and can only provide the same updates you see on the tracking information. Since any postal delays are out of our hands, we do not provide any refunds or discounts in the case that your item is delayed and does not arrive on time.

Help, the item wasn't the exact color as pictured on my screen!

Unfortunately we cannot guarantee that the color acrylic will be the exact shade or tone of the proof we send you. We take samples of colors from the photos provided by the acrylic supplier. We are always more than happy to send you a photo of what the color looks like in real person, so don't be afraid to reach out!

The quality of these table numbers are great and sturdy! The color I chose ended up being a little light, but that is my own fault. I am still happy with how they turned out. Allie packaged them nicely and labeled the pieces that go together. It’s going to my match my theme and I can’t wait to see how it looks on my wedding day! Thank you Allie!
