We strive for quality and comfort! Most of our T-shirts are made from soft, breathable 100% cotton (though some specific colors/styles might be blends - check the individual listing). How are your products made? Is this your artwork?

Yes, all designs are original creations by Divine Imprints Studio, inspired by world mythology! We then partner with a professional print-on-demand service (Printful) to bring these designs to life. When you place an order, they print our design onto your chosen item (poster, shirt, tote, etc.) using high-quality printing techniques, specifically for you.

What sizes are available? How do I choose the right size for apparel?

Available sizes for each specific item (posters, t-shirts, etc.) are listed on the product page. Please check the dropdown menu for options. For apparel like T-shirts, we strongly recommend consulting the size chart image included in the listing photos before ordering to ensure the best fit.

What should I do if my order seems lost in transit?

Please keep an eye on your tracking information. If the tracking hasn't updated for an unusually long time, or if the estimated delivery window has passed and you still haven't received your order, please contact us through Etsy messages. We will investigate the situation with the shipping carrier and our production partner to find a resolution.

How should I care for my items?

Posters: Handle your poster with clean hands to avoid smudges. We recommend framing it behind glass or plexiglass for protection and longevity. Avoid displaying in direct sunlight or areas with high humidity. T-shirts/Tote Bags: Machine wash cold, inside-out, on a gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colors. Use non-chlorine bleach only when necessary. Tumble dry low, or hang-dry for the longest life. Cool iron inside-out if needed,1 but do not iron directly on the print. Do not dry clean. Always check the item's specific listing or tag if available.

How long does it take to produce my order before it ships?

Because each item is printed on demand just for you, please allow approximately 2-5 business days for production. This is the time needed to print and prepare your order before it's handed off to the shipping carrier. Production times can occasionally vary based on the specific product and current order volumes.

Where do you ship orders from?

To get your order to you efficiently, we partner with Printful, which has production facilities in the USA, Canada, and Europe (including Latvia and Spain). Your order will typically be fulfilled and shipped from the facility closest to your delivery address, reducing shipping times and costs.

What is your return and exchange policy?

As every item is printed on demand specifically for your order, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges due to buyer's remorse, ordering the wrong size, or changing your mind.
