PRINTING SERVICE AGREEMENT
Organized Printing (Bulk Printing Operations)
The printing service referred to as Organized Printing (bulk printing) involves grouping together multiple jobs in the same category and printing them at the same time. This process combines many customers' orders into specific categories and produces them collectively at a lower cost.
Color Rules and Conditions
A. Colors used for printing must be in CMYK format. Designs prepared in RGB may experience color shifts because they are not in CMYK. Therefore, any color-related issues arising from customer-provided files are not the responsibility of woisco.
B. Responsibility for the colors of selected design templates or desired colors (including gradient colors) lies with the customer.
C. woisco is not responsible for any problems that arise from the images supplied by the customer. woisco is not liable for color issues stemming from the supplied images during printing.
D. Colors must be CMYK and suitable for print. RGB content is not accepted for printing and may cause print issues.
E. A production wastage (loss) rate of 1%–9% may apply.
Definition of RGB and CMYK
What is RGB?
RGB is a color model used by electronic devices such as monitors to create colors by emitting light. It is device-dependent: different devices may interpret or reproduce a given RGB value differently because the color components and their responses (such as phosphors or dyes) vary between manufacturers and can even change over time on the same device.
What is CMYK?
CMYK (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, Key/Black) is a subtractive color model used in printing.
As explained above, RGB is intended for digital displays while CMYK is used for print. Therefore, any color problems that arise from providing RGB-based content for print are the responsibility of the customer who prepared or requested the content.
woisco is not responsible for color problems caused by RGB content.
Printing Formats and Compatibility
Files sent in CDR and AI formats are preferred. Files sent as AI may be re-opened in Corel and adjusted before printing.
All content must be in formats suitable for printing. All RGB content will be converted to CMYK. PSD files are not vector-based.
Designs must conform to dimensions appropriate for the print category and must respect the maximum cutting limits.

Outer size: 86.75 × 54 mm — Inner size: 78.75 × 46 mm
Fonts and Font Issues
Fonts used in designs should be larger than 6 pt. woisco is not responsible for problems arising from fonts smaller than 6 pt.
woisco is not responsible for issues caused by very thin fonts used in black or similarly dark colors.
Very thin fonts risk appearing faded or faint.
Fonts used in ready-made templates should be converted/outlined so they do not cause compatibility issues on Windows systems.
If fonts in ready-made designs are not properly converted, the necessary fonts may be installed on our Windows system and converted for printing. In such cases the design will be treated as a prepared design within the scope of the printing service, and extra charges may apply.
Designs prepared on platforms like Canva may have fonts that are not embedded correctly. Therefore, designs created on these platforms are considered custom work rather than ready-made templates, and potential issues will be evaluated. If you prepared a Canva design and can export it as SVG, please share the download link with us.
Revision Process
For designs created from ready templates, the order proceeds after the first preview.
Custom works, Canva works, Adobe, and Corel works will be prepared for printing once ordered.
Revision requests are handled after the preview process. Errors and requested edits are made after the request is received.
All changes requested after the first preview are processed as revision requests under the order. "Revision rights are limited to 5." Additional separate edit requests may incur extra fees, or the designer may cancel the order.
Because revisions are part of the order process, if payment has not been made, preview notifications will be sent and work will not proceed until payment is received.
Free Design and Design Services
Free design services are provided only for ready templates and pre-made designs. Revisions beyond the initial preview are subject to the order.
Printing Process and Production Time Calculation
The printing time varies depending on the selected product features.
Printing time is calculated based on working days. (Not by calendar days.)
Working days are Monday to Friday (5 days).
Example: For an order placed and approved on Monday, the printing time begins on Tuesday.
You will be informed about many stages of the printing process. You can roughly estimate the schedule by checking messages sent to you.
Production days refer to manufacturing time and do not include shipping time.
Rush printing requests are not accepted. We do not respond to urgent or rush requests.
Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will begin printing on the next business day (Monday).
If approval of the design happens after 20:00 on the order day, your work will be prepared for printing and the printing process will start the next business morning. After the printing process has started, no changes are made except for typographical errors. Products that have entered the printing stage cannot be altered.
The delivery times comply with the distance sales regulations regarding product delivery periods.
There are no changes, cancellations, or refunds during the printing process.
In some cases, a 2%–5% delay may occur. Under the distance sales regulations, the maximum delivery period is 30 days.
Custom Design Service
1. Custom design service fees vary depending on the requested work category.
2. Prepared custom design work does not have a fixed fee; pricing is determined according to the requested design.
3. We reserve the right to choose between submitted custom designs.
4. The customer is responsible for requesting designs that replicate or substantially resemble other works; such usage without permission is the customer's responsibility.
5. We reserve the right to refuse requests to copy or closely imitate works from other designers without permission.
6. woisco does not accept responsibility for copyright claims relating to content provided by customers. The customer is responsible for ensuring all elements used in the requested content are free of copyright restrictions.
Unauthorized use, duplication, and printing of works without written permission constitute a criminal offense under Turkish Law No. 5846 on Intellectual and Artistic Works.
Embossing / Varnish (Kabartma / Varnish)
Embossing/varnish work may entail a wastage rate of 1%–9%.
Ready-made designs may not be suitable for embossing/varnish processes.
1. If the visual is omitted, the varnish process may be compromised.
2. If objects overlap vertically, the work may be damaged.
3. Visual elements must be converted to vector format for embossing. woisco is not responsible for distortions that occur during vector conversion.

Wastage (Fire)
A wastage rate of 1%–9% may apply to embossing/varnish, colors, cutting, and similar processes.
Color: Slight color variations may occur during printing. This depends on the paper and ink characteristics, the printing machine settings, and environmental factors.
Quantity: During cutting and folding processes, some items may be damaged or printed incorrectly. These defective items are a result of bulk printing and may be discarded.
Embossing/Varnish Processes: A 1%–9% wastage rate may occur. Slippage may occur for very thin or delicate objects.
Color Differences: Slight differences between printed colors and how they appear on RGB digital displays may occur due to paper and ink properties, printing machine settings, and environmental factors.
Color Fading: RGB-based colors may slightly change or fade in print, especially bright and vivid tones.
Color Blending Issues: Unexpected color shifts or blending may occur where multiple RGB colors combine, particularly in complex or gradient designs.
Low Resolution: Low-resolution images printed may appear pixelated or blurry, causing loss of detail and reduced image quality.
Color Mismatch: If image color profiles are not suitable for print, significant color differences may appear in the printed product.
Compression Issues: Excessive image compression can result in color loss and reduced quality in printed products.

Spelling Errors
You must carefully check for spelling errors. Please request corrections if you find mistakes. woisco is not responsible for spelling errors.
Cutting Knives
1. Standard cutting dies (ready-made dies): oval cuts
2. Custom cutting dies (special straight or custom dies): slippage may occur with custom cutting dies.
In design, you should always take possible slippage into account. Generally, die-cutting tools may shift by 1–3 mm. Contact us for more detailed information.
Maximum Cutting Limit and Bleed Allowance
Maximum cutting limit and bleed allowance: To prevent millimetric shifts during cutting, an extra margin is provided outside the finished size. Without bleed allowance, a job may not be printed and cut correctly, causing white edges or misaligned colors. Therefore, any text or sensitive elements in the “risk area” defined by the maximum cutting limit should be placed within a safe zone.
Safe Zone: To avoid trimming important images, text, and other design elements, add a safety margin from each edge inward from the cut line. This safety margin should be at least 8 mm. (Business card: 8 mm – Brochure: 10 mm – Magnet: 5 mm) Leaving a larger margin depending on the job size will improve the visual result.
Working Hours and Preparation Rights
Design preparation hours are weekdays between 10:30 and 18:00 (excluding Saturdays and Sundays). The preparation and approval timing for online-submitted designs may vary depending on workload.
Design requests made by phone will not be accepted.
Ready-made designs and works from programs or platforms such as Adobe, Corel, and Canva will be prepared for printing only after an order is placed.
The first preview is free.
Revision requests are subject to the order.
You must check for spelling errors. woisco is not responsible for spelling mistakes.
woisco is not responsible for issues caused by objects or elements provided by the customer, nor for RGB color problems. Gradient colors (for example gold, silver, copper tones or similar) may produce problems and woisco is not responsible for these issues.
Unauthorized use, duplication, and printing of unpaid designs without written permission constitute an offense under Turkish Law No. 5846 on Intellectual and Artistic Works.
If a customer requests the return of a prepared work, the work will be deleted from our systems and the customer's free design right will be considered used.
Frequent changes of mind or indecision that cause excessive design time may result in loss of design rights.
For custom works, the customer is responsible for any copyright liabilities arising from objects and content added to the requested design. woisco protects the rights of other companies and designers.
All rush requests are not accepted.
The free design right applies only to the first preview. Subsequent work is considered revision work.
Requested custom works will be checked for compliance with Law No. 5846 on Intellectual and Artistic Works.
Custom design work is subject to order terms and is limited in availability.
Vector and Vector Requests
1) Copies of prepared designs in vector format will not be provided; such requests may be refused.
2) Custom logo work is not included.
Cancellation, Refund and Warranty Terms
Orders placed on woisco may be canceled and payments refunded until the job enters the printing stage. Once printing has started, cancellations and refunds are not possible. If an order is canceled before printing, fees for work performed up to that point (such as proof printing, graphic editing, etc.) will be deducted and the remaining amount will be refunded. All customers shopping on woisco are deemed to have accepted these terms.
For products produced by the seller, woisco provides a warranty for technical defects arising from the company's production. There may be up to a 20% color variance. The BUYER is deemed to accept this condition with this agreement. The work will be reprinted and sent to the customer. Returns for reasons other than our own production errors will not be accepted. woisco begins printing only after customer approval. Items with no technical defect are not accepted for return for other reasons. In the event of printing or technical defects, the product will be reprinted and delivered to the customer. Cancellations for reasons other than our own errors will not be accepted.
To initiate an exchange or claim, you must provide images that clearly show the problematic content. Images must accurately reflect the quantity and defects.
Return Procedure
1- Returned products must be sent to us via the shipping companies our company works with.
2- Shipping costs for returns that meet return conditions will be paid by the customer.
3- Returned products must be sent to us via our contracted shipping companies.
4- The return process begins when the product reaches our company. For returned damaged or defective items, an inspection and approval will be conducted within 7 days of delivery. The customer will be informed of the result by email or phone.
5- The detailed return conditions are also specified in the distance sales agreement you signed during purchase.
Consumer Rights — Withdrawal — Cancellation and Return Conditions
GENERAL:
When you place an order electronically through our website, you are considered to have accepted the pre-information form and the distance sales agreement.
Buyers are subject to the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation (Official Gazette: 27.11.2014/29188) and other applicable laws.
Shipping costs are paid by the buyer.
Each purchased product must be delivered to the address specified in the order to the person or organization indicated, within the legal 30-day period. If delivery is not made within this period, buyers may terminate the contract.
Purchased products must be delivered complete and in accordance with the order, and accompanied by any warranty documents or manuals if applicable.
If sale of the purchased product becomes impossible, the seller must notify the buyer in writing within 3 days from the time the seller becomes aware of this situation. The total amount must be refunded to the buyer within 14 days.
After requested operations (revisions), any errors, typographical mistakes, or similar issues will be examined visually for approval. Once approved by the customer, woisco is not responsible for errors and spelling mistakes.
Copyrights
woisco is not responsible for copyright issues related to images and content provided or requested by the customer. Customers must supply images and content; if they do not, the content may be sourced from the internet. woisco does not accept responsibility for copyright claims and the customer must provide the original content to avoid such disputes. The produced work and its rights belong to the copyright holder under Law No. 5846 on Intellectual and Artistic Works.
Unauthorized use, duplication, or printing of unpaid designs without written permission is a criminal offense under Law No. 5846. Copyright is reserved.
Requests for final printed artwork in vector format (PDF, AI, or CDR)
If you request the final print-ready file (pdf, ai, eps, cdr) in vector format, usage rights are subject to a fee. The price for the final vector file varies between 500₺ and 2000₺ depending on the file type and usage rights.
Vector Conversion and Illustrations
Vector drawings and vector conversion services are chargeable. Whether these operations are performed depends on the design. woisco does not accept responsibility for copyright issues related to objects processed during these vector operations.
DESIGN APPROVAL TIME
The design approval time for print product orders is 12–24 hours. After 24 hours, the work will be taken into the printing process.
