My item says delivered but isn't here /tracking is not moving, what do I do?

We can only see the same exact thing you see on your end for tracking. If it's not moving, I always recommend signing up for USPS text messages as that usually gets your item moving again. If the order says delivered but it’s not there, sometimes the carriers will hide packages out of site from mail thieves so we suggest checking all possible surroundings and then contacting your local post office to ask for coordinates as to were the package was left. All our packages are shipped USPS Ground Advantage which includes insurance up to $100 USD for lost, stolen or damaged items, so in rare occasions that USPS cannot locate your item, you can open a claim for a refund through usps.com

Can I return my item?

We do not offer returns on any of our items. Please ensure you read the descriptions for sizing and item details before placing your order. If an item arrives damage or defective or the wrong item is sent we will do our best to accommodate and replace the item as quickly as possible.

Embroidered items will embroidered as shown in the listing photo unless given the option to "personalize" before adding to your cart. The personalization is only for thread color and not to add/remove/alter the image. All of our embroidery designs are designed and embroidered in-house using a top-of-the-line 15 needle embroidery machine. Most embroidery prints will embroider 10 inches wide on the garment which will look larger on smaller sizes and smaller on larger sizes, which will vary from the mockup photo of this listing. If you have questions about the size or position of the embroidered area of your garment, please message us prior to purchasing.

Adult and youth t-shirts are comfort colors. Toddler t-shirts are Rabbit skins. Toddler sweatshirts are Rabbit skins. Adult and youth sweatshirts are Gildan. Items may be substituted for alternate brands due to inventory availability. If you have questions about what brand garment will be used for your order, please message us prior to ordering.

Gildan sweatshirts are a 50/50 blend (50% cotton & 50% polyester)
T-shirts are 100% cotton

IMPORTANT CARE INSTRUCTIONS:
All embroidered garments should be washed with a mild detergent. Do not use chlorine bleach or optical brightening agents. If bleach is required, use non-chlorine bleach in accordance with product instructions. Machine wash cold on delicate cycle. Remove garment promptly after wash cycle completion. Do not leave any piece of embroidered clothing soaking in water or laying in a pile when wet. Do not rub stained embroidery. Do not wring out embroidered garments. Dry on normal setting.

If the embroidery "scrunches" after a wash cycle, turn it inside out, lay flay, using a pressing cloth (think cotton towel, pillowcase, or muslin) press gently with your iron on low heat to smooth out the embroidered area. Do not slide the iron aggressively over the embroidery.

**Due to the many variations in monitors and browsers, color samples may differ slightly from the color on your screen to in person, but your items will arrive just as vibrant and darling in person**
