Custom and personalized orders

Custom orders are accepted on a limited basis, depending on availability and alignment with my shop’s design style, and when I feel I can best accommodate the request. Additional examples of past custom work are available on my Instagram page. When reaching out, please include your need-by date, theme, color palette, and any design references or inspiration. For approved custom designs, we’ll discuss an overall design direction, and I’ll take it from there to create the final piece. To keep pricing affordable, proofs or samples are not offered, and custom and personalized orders are final sale. A design fee may apply depending on complexity.

Rush orders are available by request only and must be approved prior to purchase. Please message me before ordering with your event date so I can confirm availability. If a rush order is approved, USPS Priority shipping is required and must be selected at checkout. Please note that rush availability is limited and cannot always be accommodated.

As much as I (and all online retailers) would love to guarantee delivery dates, once a package is with USPS, transit times may be affected by delays outside of my control, including weather, carrier delays, and peak shipping periods. Please note that Etsy’s estimated delivery dates are provided as general estimates only and do not account for carrier delays or unexpected transit issues. These dates should be used as a guideline rather than a guarantee and may not always be accurate. Additionally, while Etsy may display similar delivery estimates at checkout, USPS Priority shipping consistently travels faster than ground shipping. For this reason, guaranteed delivery dates are not offered, and refunds cannot be issued for late deliveries.
