Gift wrapping and packaging

All my veils come wrapped in white tissue and packaged in a cake box because to me veils are 'the icing on the cake'

At this time, I'm unable to offer refunds as each veil is made to order specifically for you. However, as someone who has been making wedding veils for over 20 years, I have never had a return request. So, you can rest assured that you will absolutely love your veil! If there are any issues with your order, please don't hesitate to reach out to me. I'm committed to ensuring your satisfaction and will do everything I can to make things right. What if my item is returned to the sender/seller after it's shipped?

If a customer's order is returned to the sender/seller for ANY reason the customer is responsible for paying for re-shipment.

Do you offer rush production?

All orders will be processed in our standard 3-10 business days. If you need it SOONER you can purchase the Rush Order Fee listing in our shop, and these items will be processed in 2 business days.

Do you send photos before you ship items?

Of course! :) For all custom orders I send photos and videos!! Having a custom veil is such a fun experience and all my brides agree one of their "favourite parts of wedding planning!"

What if my package is delayed/lost in transit or stolen?

So far I have has a 100% success rate with all my orders arriving safely! Some orders are delayed which is out of my control - but I always say "it's just you me and your veil" so if/when an order doesn't arrive we can figure out together how to get insurance and make you up another replacement order asap!

To make things easy, I now take care of all U.S. duty/tariff payments for you. This means your parcel will clear customs smoothly, with no delays or surprise fees on arrival :)
