CHANGES TO DELIVERY ADDRESS

If your delivery address is incorrect then please get in touch straight away. We will need you to confirm, via a message in the marketplace messaging system, the full & complete address you wish the item sent to. Please note, this may not always be possible to change.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

We aim to make, packaged & dispatched within 3 working days. This is our standard production time scale. During busy periods these times may increase slightly. Delivery speed will depend on the service/ upgrade you choose at the checkout.

For UK standard delivery (RM24) please allow up to 10 working days (Monday to Friday, excl. public holidays/ strikes) for delivery. If your item is showing as delivered, we kindly ask you to check the following places: with neighbours (including opposite) | safe places | Royal Mail depot/ collection point If you are unable to locate this ‘delivered’ item, then we will issue a replacement. We are unable to offer a refund or alternative item if Royal Mail are showing this as being delivered.

FAILED DELIVERY/ REDELIVERY

Please ensure your delivery address is correct and in full. If sending as a Gift, then ensure the recipients full delivery address has been entered in to the ‘delivery address’ section of the checkout. Should the delivery address be incomplete, and the delivery fail, then once returned a new delivery fee will be charged. We cannot refund your order/ delivery charges where we are not at fault. International Returns: We do not refund international orders/ delivery charges where (this list is not exhaustive) there is a fault with the delivery address, not collected/ accepted or customs/ taxes not paid by the receiver.
