The product is handmade from scratch by a single person — the owner of the store, Douhapolaya Vladlena.
The manufacturing process begins immediately after the customer places and pays for an order. The seller does not keep goods in stock and does not resell products made by others, especially those of Chinese origin. Each item is made entirely from start to finish in a workshop located in Warsaw, Poland.
The following materials are used in the manufacturing process:
1) Natural and synthetic leather sourced exclusively from Europe, mainly from Italian factories. All factories provide certificates of material compliance and quality.
2) Metal fittings purchased directly from a European (Polish) supplier. The seller is responsible for choosing the most durable and high-quality fittings, especially for products that must withstand weight or pressure. Some metal parts may contain nickel and are not fully hypoallergenic. Products specifically designed with hypoallergenic fittings are marked accordingly, and this information is clearly stated. In all other cases, standard, non-hypoallergenic fittings are used.
3) Paints, glues, emulsions, and waxes used for finishing the products or treating natural leather are sourced from European manufacturers and come with safety certificates.
Precautions:
- These products are not flame-retardant and must not be exposed to open fire.
- The products and their components are not edible.
- These items serve a decorative purpose only. They are not intended to be used for suspension, restriction of movement, or inflicting pain on others.
- Metal fittings should not be used by individuals with allergies unless it is clearly stated that the item includes hypoallergenic fittings.
The minimum age for using the products is 16+. Some metal components, such as spikes, pendants, and carabiners, are removable. Therefore, the products must not be given to small children, as there is a risk of swallowing these elements.
Care Instructions:
Do not wash in a washing machine. Avoid getting the product wet. In case of accidental staining, do not use chemical cleaners or stain removal powders. Store in a dry place and avoid direct sunlight.
