✨What size would you recommend?

Please check the size chart attached in the photos section. The models in the photos are wearing a size Medium, which is their normal shirt/sweater size. Please note, the sweaters are a relaxed, unisex fit.

✨Why did I only receive part of my order?

If you order multiple items, they may arrive at different times in separate packages.

✨I ordered the wrong size/color. Can I exchange/return my order?

Our products are made to order, which means they are produced after an order is placed and we do not keep any inventory on hand. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Thank you for your understanding! :)

✨What if my item arrives damaged?

If your item arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery. To file a carrier claim, I’ll need: • Three clear photos of the damaged item (different angles) • Photos of the packaging materials • Photos of the outer box showing any dents or tears
