Once we've received your photos, we will begin the drawing process. Within 24-48 hours, your custom portrait will be delivered as high-resolution digital files. If needed, one round of minor revision is included. You can download, print, or share it as you like!

Our standard turnaround time for custom portraits is 24-48 hours from the time we receive the necessary reference photo(s) and any additional instructions. Delays caused by incomplete information or pending clarification are not included in the turnaround time.

The final output will be based entirely on the reference photos provided. It is crucial to ensure the photos you send accurately represent your desired outcome.

If you have specific requests (e.g., changes in colors, removal of elements, or additions like accessories), please communicate these clearly and send the reference photo before placing your order. We will assess whether the request is feasible and confirm before proceeding.

Any alterations or removals not indicated before we start the artwork cannot be guaranteed after the work is completed. Additional edits may incur a fee.


■ 𝗥𝗲𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗣𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗰𝘆

One round of minor revisions is included free of charge after the initial output is sent via Etsy download. Minor revisions include small adjustments such as color changes or slight modifications to elements. Revised output will be sent via email.

Major revisions or significant edits, as well as any revisions beyond the first free round, will incur additional charges. The fee will depend on the complexity of the changes requested.

Please provide high-quality, well-lit photos to ensure the best possible results. Blurry, low-resolution, or unclear photos may affect the accuracy and quality of the portrait.

The purchased listing specifies the number of characters included. If you wish to add additional characters beyond what is covered by your purchase, an additional fee will apply.

Any background details or specific features should be mentioned before we begin. By default, we will illustrate what is visible in the reference photo.
