I could not recommend this shop more. I ordered the wrong color by mistake, they came in, I tried to make them work but it just didn’t match my dress. Even though it states no returned or exchanges I reached out to Natalie. I explained my mistake and asked if I could pay for an exchange. Natalie graciously agreed, sent me an invoice and got the exchange set up ( I only paid $10 for the new gloves to be shipped and to return the first) not only that, but Natalie got me the new pair in 1 week since she knew I was coming up on my wedding date. Her kindness speaks volumes. Both gloves I had received were beautiful crafted and worth every penny. Thank you so much Natalie.
