• Sticker orders with First Class shipping are not actually tracked by USPS, buyer must purchase Ground Shipping to have a tracking number.

• You may qualify for a refund if an item is not delivered to you within 14 days after the order has been shipped. Orders marked "delivered" by USPS do not qualify as lost or undelivered mail and do not qualify for a full refund.
