We know that a lot of our products are shipped to friends or family as gifts, therefore, we do not include any paper pricing or invoices in any of our packaging. The only thing they will see is a shipping list.

Sizing:
These designs are created/sized slightly larger for a 20oz Skinny/Straight tumbler at the size of 9"3 x 8"2 inches or a
12oz straight kid's tumbler at 9"3 x 5"3 INCHES when you size them as a PDF
Being created slightly larger will allow the proper resizing to your brand of tumbler's exact dimensions since all brands of skinny tumblers do vary slightly.

Sublimation Knowledge Required:
Sublimation requires sublimation equipment as well as special inks and substrates. There will be no refunds if the image does not press correctly because a sublimation substrate was not used or user error.

***Please know that colors vary from computer to computer and will depend on your printer, ink used and substrates. There will be no refunds for slight color variations due to these variables. Please message me with any issues.

All tumbler 20oz skinny tumbler designs are sized at approximately 9"3 x 8"2 inches.
All 12oz kid's size tumblers are sized at approximately 9"3x5"3 inches.

Please note that some of my designs are made in part with AI software and then edited via Canva/Photoshop to produce a new image at 300dpi.
