Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because each item is custom made just for you, I don’t accept returns or exchanges for things like size, color, or change of mind. Please double-check your sizing before ordering. If you have any concerns when your order arrives, just reach out—I want you to love your item!

What if there is a defect with my item? What if it arrives damaged?

If there’s a printing defect or damage, please send me a clear photo within 20 days of delivery. I’ll send you a replacement or refund right away. After 20 days, my print partner doesn’t allow me to reprint items, so I’m unable to replace or refund beyond that timeframe.

What happens if the item I want is out of stock?

Occasionally certain sizes or colors sell out with my print partner. If that happens, I’ll message you right away with options: switch to a similar brand or color, choose another size, or get a quick refund. I’ll always make sure you’re happy before I ship your order.

When will my order arrive?

Most shirts are made to order and ship within 3–5 business days. Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days after that. Around holidays, shipping times can run longer, so please order early if you need it by a certain date.

What if my package doesn’t arrive?

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you can’t find the package, please check with your household members and neighbors, then contact your local post office. Packages sometimes get held there. If tracking hasn’t updated for 10+ days, message me and I’ll help track it down.

How should I wash my shirt or sweatshirt?

For the longest life: turn inside out, wash cold with like colors, and tumble dry low. Avoid bleach and ironing directly on the design.

We use Bella + Canvas 3001 shirts which are super soft and comfortable. Our sweatshirts are Gilden 1800s which are beautiful and cozy. Our kids and toddler shirts are Bella + Canvas, soft and more fitted than regular baggy t-shirts. Our baby onesies are Rabbit Skins that are soft and snuggly for your little one.

-Printing Process-
Our designs are printed using the highest quality professional direct to garment process, meaning fabric grade ink is printed directly onto the garment and blends with the fibers. This allows us to achieve a vintage style look on many of our designs and a feel that is similar to screen printing (which avoids the thick rubbery feeling of vinyl).

-Sizing and Color Guidelines-
Prior to placing your order, please consult our comprehensive color and size charts to ensure a good fit. Should you require assistance with sizing or color selections, feel free to reach out to us for clarification.*

-Care Instructions-
To preserve the integrity of your custom garment, we recommend washing it in cold water, avoiding bleach and dry cleaning, and refraining from ironing directly on the design.

-Shipping Details-
Your order will typically be prepared for shipment within 1-2 business days. Please allow an extra day for custom orders. First Class Mail delivery typically occurs within 2-6 business days.

-Group or Custom Orders-
We offer free shipping for large group orders. Please don’t hesitate to direct message us. We can also create custom orders for special occasions and inquiries.

-Returns-
Because our products are printed when you order them, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. However, if there is a problem with your order, please reach out so that we can make things right. Your satisfaction is our priority.
